Coco Husk Chips - 5L

Coco Husk Chips, used as a component in the soil mix, provide beneficial air spaces that help to improve drainage, aeration, and water retention. Perfect in mixes for larger plants (e.g. not seedlings) and/or plants with thicker roots.

Washed 3 times in a row with fresh and clean water from a deep-drilled well, sieved when dried in 2 different sieves to get a perfect fraction.

Originally these coco chips come from the manufacturer packed in a large, compressed blocks. This block of coco husk chips is soaked in boiling hot, pure water with EC 0.0 to loosen and expand the coco husk chips. These loose coco chips are ready-to-use.

Packed in 5 liter ziplock bags.
