Shipping schedule

Orders are dispatched on Mondays (all orders) and Tuesdays (non-plant orders). Orders placed before 12:00 will still be shipped same day. Plant orders are sent out on Mondays only to ensure the plants have the best chance to arrive before the weekend. Domestic plant shipments might also be shipped on Tuesdays.

Postponed shipment

If you are not able to receive your order at a certain time, you can request to hold the shipment. You can do this by leaving a note in the order in the checkout (see field "Notes") - simply request to hold the shipment and let me know which week or day would be suitable for you to receive the order.

Delays and changes

I will do what is the safest for your plants, and I might postpone the shipment if I am aware of actual shipment delays (due to strikes, holidays etc.) or unsuitable weather conditions. You will be informed about such decisions.

If necessary, I might ship your order using other shipping method than you have selected. This would only be done if this would benefit your plants (better service or shorter delivery time).

I currently offer international shipping to the following countries: 

EU (all products): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Non-EU (all, except planyts and other organic products): Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US).

Update: I am in the process of becoming able to arrange live plant shipments to non-EU countries. This means that I would be able to request phytosanitary certificates that are required for non-EU deliveries. Note that this will be offered as a paid service as there are costs involved in issuing the certification.
