Plant orders are typically shipped on Mondays only. Domestic orders within the Netherlands and Belgium may be shipped also on Tuesdays.
To help ensure plants arrive in the best possible condition, shipping may be temporarily postponed during periods of extreme heat or cold. If weather conditions are considered unsafe, your order will be held and dispatched as soon as it is safe to do so.

Established plants
Live plants are natural products and may vary in size, shape, and maturity. Minor cosmetic imperfections or acclimation stress from shipping may occur and are considered normal.
Cuttings
Cuttings are intended for experienced growers only. They require suitable conditions, regular monitoring, and proper care. As new growth develops, the original roots or stem may naturally decline and should be trimmed or removed when necessary to promote healthy growth.
