Keep your plants safe and warm during transit with the Cold Protection Bundle, which includes a long-lasting heat pack and silver foam insulation wrap. Used during the colder months, this bundle helps maintain a stable temperature inside the package, keeping your plants healthy and protected from cold stress.

Important:

• Shipments are placed on hold when outside temperatures drop below zero. Orders will be shipped as soon as conditions improve.
• Choosing the Express Shipping option at checkout (if available) is highly recommended, as it shortens transit time and reduces exposure to cold. If this option is not listed for your country, please contact me via chat or email.
• During colder months, when selecting Express Shipping, it is advised to order plants separately from large / heavy non-plant items such as substrates or pots. This ensures the plants travel in the safest, lighter package, and the express shipping cost remains lower than for a combined, heavier parcel.
• In colder periods, SMUKHI uses thicker cardboard boxes than usually or double-box packaging (box-in-box) for additional insulation and protection, especially when plant orders are shipped together with heavier items.
