Each plant is carefully prepared and packed by hand, with time and attention given to every detail. Plants are gently wrapped in a soft protective fluff to protect the leaves and prevent movement during transport.

During colder periods, additional protection is provided. Plants are packed in plastic cups or cardboard wraps, then insulated with silver bubble wrap to help buffer against low temperatures.
