Aroid Base Mix

Aroid Base Mix is a perfect choice if you wish to make a DIY Aroid Mix that fits your preference in regard to its chunkiness, water retention, and fertility. Base mix consists of 3 base components in balanced parts - Coco Coir or Peat Moss (depending on the variant), perlite, and worm castings.

To adjust and match the aroid mix structure to your needs, you can add:

• Orchiata Bark for extra chunkiness and drainage (choose the grade for your liking)
• Coco Husk Chips or Coco Husk Fiber for extra chunkiness, drainage, and structure
• Activated charcoal (pellets or granules)
• Zeolite

Storage: 
To store for a longer time, make sure the bag is slightly open for airing to avoid mold.
