A.R.T.S. Velgro - Against thrips - 250 ml

Velgro is a professional natural product against thrips, their eggs and larvae. Velgro consists of potassium salt (organic fatty acid) and Ryania (extract from the cale stick of this plant). Velgro has the ability to attack thrips, their eggs and larvae at an early stage. This is because Velgro works on the stomach and especially in the larval stages. Velgro also ensures that no more egg-laying takes place, as the thrips become sterile within a few hours.

Due to the smell and taste of Velgro, which is unattractive for thrips, the trips will avoid the treated plants like the plague.

Application and dosage

Suitable for use on vegetables, floristry / ornamental plants and nursery crops. Velgro leaves no smell or taste in the plants. 

1 ltr. spray liquid is sufficient for approx. 10 m2. Spray a few minutes before extinguishing the (grow)lights. Shake the bottle well before use.

• CURATIVE: Mix 50 ml Velgro with 1 liter lukewarm water and shake the mix well. Spray the mixture on plants, soil, and all uprisings. Usually eggs and larvae are laid in/on the soil and uprisings.
• REPEAT: Repeat after three days and then after 10 days. This is to break the cycle.
• PREVENTIVE: Mix 25 ml Velgro with 1 liter lukewarm water and spray every 14 days.

Storage: Shelf life for years provided properly closed, cool, dry and frost-free storage.
