It can help to get rid of fungus on plants and fungal diseases such as blight and powdery mildew. It can also be used as a component for a DIY insecticide spray (for example, to fight spider mites and other plant pests.

Tea tree oil is very concentrated and needs to be diluted before use. Tea Tree oil can make plants more sensitive to sun/light and burn, so be sure to treat the plants by spraying them lightly and do not expose them to the sun/growlights. Do not use it pure.
