Rooting Substrate “Oreo Mix”

“Oreo Mix” consists of 50% Fluval Stratum and 50% Perlite. For Stratum users who find that the substrate is too heavy and too water retaining on its own, this mix will be airier and lighter than pure Stratum.

In plant community Fluval Stratum has had great feedback from users (including me) who have tried it as a growing substrate for rooting chonks,  cuttings, recovering plants after root rot.
